Step 1: Ensure SIM and Mobile Network Settings are in Place

  1. Network Refresh
  • Dial (##4636##) to enter phone diagnostic settings.
  • Here, you will see the Mobile Radio Power.
  • Turn it off if it is on, and then back on.
  • After refreshing, your network will be rerun successfully.
  1. Software Update
  • Go to your phone settings, tap on About Phone.
  • Toggle system updates installation If there’s any available update, go ahead and install it.
  • Updating your system software can be all it takes to fix any network errors.

  • If the problem continues, please call your network operator to check if your account is available.
